Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using Denvora, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use our service.
Denvora is operated by Wrenlyte Technologies ("we", "us", or "our"). These terms govern your use of our dental clinic management software and related services.
Description of Service
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature at any time with reasonable notice.
Account Registration
To use Denvora, you must:
- Be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter contracts
- Provide accurate and complete registration information
- Maintain the security of your account credentials
- Notify us immediately of unauthorized access
You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. We are not liable for any loss or damage from unauthorized account use.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Infringe intellectual property rights
- Upload malicious code or attempt to breach security
- Interfere with or disrupt the service
- Use the service for unauthorized purposes
- Share your account with unauthorized users
- Resell or redistribute the service without permission
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
Subscription & Billing
Paid Subscriptions
- Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually based on your chosen plan
- Pricing is listed on our website and subject to change with 30 days notice
- All fees are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise stated
- Payment is due at the start of each billing period
- Failed payments may result in service suspension
Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will retain access until that date. No refunds for partial months.
Data Ownership
Your Responsibilities
- Ensure accuracy and legality of data you input
- Comply with healthcare regulations (HIPAA-equivalent where applicable)
- Obtain necessary patient consents for data collection and WhatsApp communications
- Maintain appropriate data backup practices
We provide tools to export your data at any time. Upon account closure, you have 30 days to export your data before permanent deletion.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wrenlyte Technologies and its affiliates shall not be liable for:
- Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
- Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
- Service interruptions or data loss
- Unauthorized access to your data
Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
